These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and TotWorks Supply Co. (“TotWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 195 N. Euclid Ave., Bradley, IL 60915.

By visiting totworks.com, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our website is intended for use by individuals and organizations that are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law. By using the site, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration. To access certain features — such as order history, saved addresses, and expedited checkout — you may create a TotWorks account. When you register, you agree to:

TotWorks offers disposable child care supplies including, but not limited to, changing paper, bibs, snack mats, gloves, shoe covers, washcloths, tissues, paper towels, cups, bowls, and cleaning/disinfecting products.

We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our website is error-free, complete, or current. Colors displayed on screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.

Product Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund, substitution, or backorder as applicable.

Order Acceptance. Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from TotWorks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, if we suspect fraud, error in pricing, or unavailability of the product.

Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize TotWorks to charge the applicable amount. TotWorks does not store full credit card numbers; payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment processor.

Sales Tax. Orders may be subject to sales tax based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. The amount of tax charged will be displayed at checkout.

TotWorks ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased on our site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. TotWorks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, acts of God, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

Due to the nature of our products (disposable child care and hygiene supplies), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item(s).
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@totworks.com or (815) 933-3233. Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on the TotWorks website — including but not limited to the TotWorks name, logo, trade name, trademarks, service marks, product names, images, graphics, text, page layouts, and overall site design — is the exclusive property of TotWorks Supply Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or use of TotWorks intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you wish to request permission to use our name or branding, please contact us at hello@totworks.com.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website solely for your personal or internal business purchasing purposes. This license does not include the right to resell, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on this site.

THE TOTWORKS WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TotWorks does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the website or any products will be accurate or reliable.

Product information on this site, including descriptions, specifications, and images, is provided for general informational purposes only. TotWorks does not make medical, safety, or regulatory compliance representations regarding the suitability of our products for any specific professional use beyond their intended purpose as described.
